Hospital-based rehab therapy department setting Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in physical therapy Active PT license required if applicable No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information
Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility Local candidates will not be considered US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration; Canadian SSNs are not accepted One professional reference required for consideration
