Position Highlights

Position: Travel Physical Therapist – Home Health

Location: Tucson, AZ

Schedule: 36 Hours/Week

Shift: Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Home Health experience preferred

What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in patients' homes.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Improve patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.

Complete timely and accurate documentation while coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.

Required Qualifications

Active Arizona Physical Therapist License
Current BLS Certification
Recent Physical Therapy experience in a home health or acute care setting
Excellent assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient home visits
