Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of skilled home health experience to serve patients in Mt. Angel, OR and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Oasis documentation experience required
• Must have reliable personal transportation for daily travel between patient visits

Responsibilities

• Home health setting covering Woodburn, Mt. Angel, Aurora, Molalla, Gervais, and Silverton, OR
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 1:1 patient ratio, visiting up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard
• No weekend shifts or on-call requirements
• No floating between units required
• Charting completed via Home Care Home Base, Remote Client, and Rover app/Oasis
• Visits are grouped to minimize drive time, though occasional daily travel may reach up to 60 miles or 60-90 minutes total
• Primary series COVID-19 vaccination plus one booster required
• Business casual attire required; scrubs permitted but no specific color mandated; jeans not allowed
• Free parking available and mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same pay rate
• Facility may cancel up to one shift per pay period
