$2,970 / week (40 hours), mileage reimbursement included in addition to bill rate
Coverage Area
- Primary need: Butte County
- Service areas include Butte, Yuba, and Sutter Counties
Requirements
- Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- DPT required if licensed after January 2016
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Home Health experience preferred (1 year ideal, willing to train)
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy interventions and discharge planning
