Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with 6 months to 1 year of recent home health experience and OASIS experience.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of recent home health experience required
• OASIS experience required
• Specialty experience within the last year required
• License required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Home health setting
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Floating may be requested based on facility needs
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate
• Local candidates accepted
• Prior perm employees must have a 6-month gap before returning as a traveler
• RTO requests should be minimal and finalized during initial submission
