Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of post‑licensure home health experience and proficiency in OASIS documentation.

• Home health setting
• Day shift schedule, 5x8‑hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• No on‑call requirements
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of home health experience post‑graduation (clinical hours completed prior to licensure do not qualify)
• Proficiency in OASIS documentation required
• Current PT license required if applicable
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Compensation

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
