Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position in the Modesto area, with a preference for 1 year of experience but open to new graduates.

• Home health setting serving a primarily geriatric patient population
• Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional flexibility
• Day shift hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
• Weekly point expectation of 7-8 points
• Charting performed in Perfect Notefield

Requirements

• Current PT license required if applicable
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred; new graduates and those without home health experience will be considered
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
