KY Physical Therapy State License required if applicable Minimum of one year of experience as a PT in an acute setting required Home care experience preferred Valid driver's license and auto insurance with candidate listed as a driver required Additional Information
Responsibilities include delivering physical therapy services in patients' homes and collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers Strong communication, clinical judgment, and problem-solving skills expected Detail-oriented, disciplined work ethic with strong prioritization and time management skills needed
