Responsibilities

• - Assess patients and develop, implement, and adjust rehabilitative plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity.
• - Deliver PT interventions across the full continuum of care, using evidence-based practices to advance function and independence.
• - Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in a timely, compliant manner.
• - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team to optimize patient outcomes and support discharge planning.
• - Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in therapy delivery, with adherence to all applicable standards and policies.
• - Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and strategies to maintain gains after discharge.

Requirements

• - Active PT license in the United States or eligibility as required by state regulations
• - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation environment
• - Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• - Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and related logistics
