This position is for a candidate with primary ACUTE
Inpatient
experience Primary coverage in
ACUTE REHAB
and secondary ICF/SNF Rehab. TO EVALUATE AND RE-EVALUATE ASSIGNED RESIDENTS/PATIENTS; PLAN AND IMPLEMENT AN ONGOING THERAPEUTIC PHYSICAL THERAPY PROGRAM AS PRESCRIBED BY THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN AND/OR CONSULTING SPECIALIST AND PROVIDE CONSULTING PHYSICAL THERAPIST SERVICES. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SHIFTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AS NECESSARY BASED ON HOSPITAL OPERATIONS. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. EMR - Meditech Required skills and minimum years of experience. minimum 6 months work experience in at least 1 of the following settings working with adults ( Acute,
rehab hosp., SNF) Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS Shift or schedule requirements.
Variable- Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, Tues-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm, or Sun-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm
