American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Acute Care Hospital position at a Level II Trauma Center, with Epic EMR experience required and weekend rotation availability. Details
Short-term acute care hospital setting with 379 staffed beds at a Level II Trauma Center Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:00) 1:1 patient ratio Weekend rotation shared with full-time therapy staff No on-call or floating between units required 13-week contract Requirements
Minimum 2 years of acute care physical therapy experience required Epic EMR experience required Active PT license required if applicable At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration Full SSN and DOB required for consideration First-time travelers are eligible to apply Additional Information
Travelers may be expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Local candidates are approved for this position Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this role Dress code for licensed personnel requires solid navy blue scrubs or uniforms; print tops are not acceptable
