American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Acute Care Hospital setting, requiring Epic EMR experience and Oregon PT licensure. Details
Acute Care Hospital setting within the PT department Day shift schedule: 3x12 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Weekend rotation required, including at least 3 weekend shifts within a 4-week rotation Possible holiday shift coverage depending on timing May float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital located approximately 15 minutes away Uses Epic EMR Requirements
BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association Valid Oregon PT license or license eligible required (license required if applicable) BLS certification required Epic EMR charting experience required Acute Care experience preferred Additional Information
Responsible for patient evaluation and development and follow-through of treatment plans Supports the overall mission of the healthcare facility Facility does not accommodate block scheduling RTO must be finalized prior to consideration, with limited flexibility for changes afterward Former permanent employees must wait six months after termination before applying to travel positions within the same health system Candidates may only be considered for one unit within the health system at a time
