Bachelor’s Degree required Graduate of an
accredited Physical Therapy program Montana PT license required AHA BLS required 2+ years of PT experience preferred Must complete
2 hours of initial cerebrovascular/stroke education Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' physical and functional status Develop and implement individualized PT plans of care Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning Educate patients, families, and caregivers Promote pain management, safety, mobility, and functional improvement Maintain accurate clinical documentation Schedule
Monday–Friday, 5×8s Typically
8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Important Travel Requirement
Candidate must live at least 90 miles from the facility.
Candidates within 90 miles
will not be considered. Facility may cancel up to
3 shifts during the 13-week contract
due to low census or unforeseen circumstances. Beautiful

Licensed Montana PT with a Bachelor’s/DPT from an accredited program, AHA BLS, and ideally
