Description
Plans and conducts treatment programs designed to restore, improve, and maintain patients’ physical, social, and functional abilities while meeting department objectives. Participates as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care and treatment planning.
Position Requirements
Schedule Day Shift 4 × 10-hour shifts 6:50 AM – 5:50 PM 40 hours per week Approximately 38 patient-facing hours and 2 hours dedicated to documentation Regular days off may be Tuesday/Wednesday or Thursday Outpatient caseload only No on-call requirement Required Qualifications
Oregon Physical Therapy license or eligible Compact PT license:
Required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification:
Required Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree:
Required
for licenses obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice:
Required Experience
Two years of Physical Therapy experience: Preferred Preferred Qualifications
Spanish language proficiency: Highly preferred Vestibular therapy certification/experience: Highly preferred Certifications
BLS certification from an approved vendor per facility policy:
