Job Details:
Schedule: The shift is scheduled for days, with 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid California Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, valid driver's license & auto insurance, EPIC experience, Oasis experience, and 1 year of clinical experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior community hospital experience, experience with adult and geriatric patient populations, and familiarity with physical therapy interventions for home health.
Certifications: BLS, valid CA PT license.
Additional Information: The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 5 visits or points per day within the South Marin county area, including towns such as Sausalito, Tiburon, Belvedere, and Mill Valley. The assignment begins on 08/31/2026, with an orientation of 80 hours. Candidates must complete onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing and provide a 7-year work history verification. References obtained within the last year are required.
