Will Therapist need to cover SNF and/or Home Health? If so, which locations? Both SNF and HH - will vary week to week approx 50% each; primarily Grand Island but may be requested to assist PTO in Hastings or Kearney area or to obtain full hours. 2. Will Therapist need to supervise Assistants? 2. 3. Software used: Net Health and HCHB.
