Job Details:
Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, 10 hours per shift, including Saturday and Sunday, with flexibility on the third and fourth days.
Required Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy; Illinois Physical Therapist License; BLS certification from the American Heart Association; minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute setting; current Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated.
Certifications: BLS (AHA).
Setting: Inpatient hospital coverage across multiple departments including ortho, neuro, trauma, and post-surgical units.
Additional Skills/Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office; strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Notes: Flexible scheduling around the third and fourth days; candidate must understand the organizations drug-free campus policy and produce a negative drug screen; must include Saturday and Sunday shifts.
