Evaluate physical and functional status of patients and establish and implement an appropriate plan of care within the scope of Physical Therapy practice Document initial evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes, daily treatment, education, and discharge summaries in compliance with applicable rehabilitation policies Educate patients, families, and caregivers in strategies to manage pain, improve safety and function, and support individualized plans of care Identify and address patient safety concerns, implementing appropriate processes to ensure safety for patients, families, and caregivers Complete all required education and training on time per applicable regulatory and organizational requirements Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher; graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Montana Physical Therapist licensure American Heart Association BLS certification Completion of a minimum of two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines Preferred Experience / Skills
Minimum of two (2) years of physical therapy experience Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress clinical environment Why Join Us
