Required Qualifications: Active license, experience in outpatient physical therapy, Bachelors degree or higher in physical therapy, at least 4 years of experience
Certifications: State licensure required, no specific certifications listed
Additional Information: The candidate must complete documentation directly with the organization outside of the clearance packet before starting. They can begin with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately. For all supplier submission questions, contact the designated recruiter. Candidates with recent or past employment at this employer may require special consideration based on specific criteria. Parking will be provided starting on the first day.
