Required Qualifications: Washington state licensure; Home health care experience required; 13 years of experience; EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred; 30 days cancellation policy
Additional Information: All documentation is due the Friday before the start of each week; orientation sessions are scheduled every two weeks on Mondays starting 8/17; coverage area and assigned territory are subject to change; clinicians may be asked to see patients in different areas as needed.
