Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, valid professional licensure in good standing, and completion of all state-mandated continuing education requirements

Additional Information: Performs comprehensive evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans focused on progressing patients towards discharge within an established length of stay, completes medical record documentation accurately and timely, and participates in student programs as assigned. Maintains adherence to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and professional codes of conduct. Demonstrates safety awareness in all areas, including patient handling, infection control, and work environment safety. Engages in professional development activities and contributes to organizational performance improvement efforts.
