Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required Current California Physical Therapy license required; license required if applicable Current BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross accepted) Minimum 2 years of experience required Acute care hospital experience preferred DOB and SSN required for consideration Additional Information
Responsibilities include providing medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders Practice is conducted in accordance with physical therapy and hospital policy, as well as state and federal regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements Workplace Violence Prevention (DCI/BVP) training required; can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or the free CDC resource Local candidates are accepted
