Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position available in Windsor, Vermont. This outpatient role involves providing patient treatments based on evaluations, maintaining appropriate records, and supporting community health programs. Job Details
Location: Windsor, Vermont
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Current Vermont Physical Therapy license; at least 2 years of recent inpatient outpatient physical therapy experience; minimum of 6 months travel experience; active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; excellent clinical skills; ability to work independently in a hospital setting
Preferred Qualifications: Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) experience; previous travel therapy experience preferred
Travel Requirements: Candidate must have own vehicle; residence must be more than 50 miles from the facility; RTO requests must be included at submission and will not be approved after offer or interview
Additional Information: Must adhere to the facilitys 3-strike call-off rule; all scheduling requests must be made upon submission; no consideration for 10/12 hour shifts or traveler pairs; no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted; targeted start date is 09/08/2026
