Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in physical therapy; current Colorado Physical Therapist licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado; at least 0 years of experience (though 3-5 years preferred); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior outpatient therapy experience of 3-5 years is preferred.
Additional Information: The traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility. Registration in the Colorado Commission on Criminal and Civil Justice system may take up to two weeks. Candidates should ensure the correct Social Security number and date of birth are entered in the employment system to avoid onboarding delays.
