Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state of Virginia; minimum of 0 years of experience in the specified role
Preferred Qualifications: Prior assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; prior completion of an assignment with the organization is considered a plus
Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develops individualized treatment plans focused on progressing patients toward discharge within established length of stay. Ensures documentation is clear, concise, and compliant with regulatory guidelines. Participates in student programs, providing supervision and evaluations. Maintains professional licensure in good standing and pursues ongoing professional development. Adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives and regulatory standards. Demonstrates behaviors aligned with the organization's Mission Statement and Core Values, including a strong safety focus on patient and staff safety. Follow all clinic guidelines regarding appearance, attendance, and punctuality.
