Job Details
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state of Georgia; minimally 0 years of experience required; experience in orthopedics; ability to perform job duties in accordance with the state's practice act and regulatory agencies
Preferred Qualifications: Successful previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; experience working in outpatient orthopedics
Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student training, pursuing ongoing professional development, and adheres to all organizational safety and performance improvement initiatives. Maintains licensure in good standing and complies with all legal and ethical standards.
