Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with the plan of care Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland (permanent license required) Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year Preferred Experience / Skills
