Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 Hours Weekly Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite Key Responsibilities

Provide individualized physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting Deliver specialized rehabilitation care for patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury, debility, and related conditions Develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at maximizing patient independence, function, and quality of life Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using EPIC and Rehab Connect EHR systems Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patients throughout their recovery journey Participate in weekend coverage on a rotating basis, approximately once per month Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license and certification in good standing Master's degree in Physical Therapy required Minimum of 1–3 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist Proficiency with basic computer applications and EHR systems Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Cooperative, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or inpatient rehabilitation hospital settings strongly preferred Familiarity with EPIC and/or Rehab Connect electronic health record platforms Experience treating patients with stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, or debility diagnoses Why Join Us
