Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinic-based setting Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and quality assurance requirements for the assignment Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license valid in Alaska (permanent license required) Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start Completion of any facility-required documentation outside of standard onboarding clearance Preferred Experience / Skills
