Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care Monitor and report patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required) Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting Ability to fulfill contract quality assurance credentialing requirements prior to start Ability to commit to a 20–26 week assignment schedule Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records Why Join Us
