Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable license for the State of Arizona; minimum of 0 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of prior assignments, either with the agency or with the organization, is highly desired
Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals aimed at progressing patients toward discharge, and documents care in accordance with regulatory and organizational policies. Participates in student training, pursues ongoing professional development, and maintains licensure compliance. Follows safety standards to promote a safe care environment and adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives.
