Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active license to practice in the state of Arizona; CPR certification; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document in medical records in compliance with relevant guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with the organization is a plus.
Additional Information: This role requires ongoing professional development, adherence to state practice acts, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. The therapist will also participate in student programs, providing supervision and evaluations as needed.
