Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active/applicable license for Arizona; ability to comply with state practice act and regulatory agencies; no minimum experience specified for initial qualification
Preferred Qualifications: Prior assignment with the agency or Select Medical is highly desired; experience providing outpatient therapy services and familiarity with clinical documentation; involvement in professional development and continuing education activities
