Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable state licensure; minimum experience of 0 years; location in Texas preferred
Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization (highly desired); experience with outpatient therapy services
Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, documents medical records accurately and timely, and develops treatment goals aimed at patient discharge within established length of stay. Participates in student supervision and professional development activities. Maintains licensure in good standing and follows all organizational performance improvement initiatives. Complies with state practice acts and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates professionalism and adherence to organizational core values and safety protocols.
