Required Qualifications: Valid license in the state of Arizona; at least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy; and suitable educational background in physical therapy.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient rehabilitation and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Additional Information: Clinicians typically see 14 to 16 patients per day. Locals are accepted for this role. New graduates are welcome but may be offered at a lower rate. Please specify the benefits required. A license in good standing is required unless the start date exceeds 2 months from now.
