Job Details
Location: Dickinson, North Dakota, United States
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends or holidays expected
Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or higher in Physical Therapy, North Dakota Physical Therapy License, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, 1 year of experience, current Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Preferred Qualifications: Home Health experience and OASIS training
Responsibilities: Conduct 5-6 regular visits per day, manage initial assessments such as start of care, recertifications, and resumption of care, with up to 6.5 points per day. No clinical involvement beyond a manager interview, and candidates may be asked for a short orientation period with a preceptor lasting 1-2 weeks.
Additional Information: May be asked to assist with a safety evaluation or teaching during a single visit in a hospice scenario. Scrubs to be worn are black, navy blue, or grey. Candidates must be able to meet travel requirements with no mileage reimbursement, and RTO requests need to be made upfront.
Compliance: Candidates may not have worked at any facility associated with certain organizations within the past 12 months and must adhere to specified mileage and scheduling policies.
