Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; valid state licensure in good standing; ability to adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and other regulatory standards; willingness to participate in student programs and professional development activities.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with clinical documentation standards.
Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving discharge goals within established length of stay. Maintains accurate, timely documentation compliant with state, federal, and organizational policies. Participates in staff development and continuous education initiatives. Follows safety protocols related to patient handling, infectious disease control, and workplace hazards. Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning, professional accountability, and organizational commitment.
