Provide outpatient physical therapy services across a community-based practice setting, treating patients across all age groups and a wide range of diagnoses Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs in accordance with patient needs and clinical best practices Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the Cerner EHR system Build and maintain professional relationships with patients, family members, and colleagues to support continuity of care Maintain flexibility to cover multiple outpatient locations as needed within the assigned region Required Qualifications
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) State License Ability to work with all adult age groups; pediatric experience preferred but not required Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Cerner EHR documentation Professional appearance in accordance with facility dress code standards (business casual or solid color scrubs, closed-toe shoes) Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior outpatient physical therapy experience Experience treating pediatric patient populations Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster lasting relationships with patients, families, and care team members Why Join Us
