Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP)
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado
Shift Time: Days
Schedule: 8 hours per day with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Start Date: 08/24/2026
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications: 6 months' to 1+ year of outpatient experience is highly desired
Float: Float rotation may be required
Additional Information:
Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment goals aimed at progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay.
Ensures documentation is accurate, complete, and timely, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical necessity letters, adhering to compliance standards.
Provides supervision and support to students participating in educational programs.
Maintains professional licensure in good standing and participates in continuing education activities to support professional growth.
Follows all organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety policies, including safe patient handling and infection control.
Performs duties in accordance with state practice acts and regulatory requirements, ensuring ethical and professional conduct.
