Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Four 10-hour shifts per week, schedule will vary and includes Saturdays Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses Implement treatment plans aimed at improving patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or active compact license valid for Colorado Minimum of two years of physical therapy experience Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association Preferred Experience / Skills
Three to five years of physical therapy experience Prior outpatient physical therapy experience Why Join Us
