Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; 6 months of outpatient experience preferred; professional licensure in good standing; ability to adhere to state practice act and organizational policies.
Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, crafts individualized treatment plans utilizing clinical reasoning, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, maintains licensure, and complies with regulatory standards. Demonstrates organizational performance improvement awareness and embodies behaviors aligned with the organization's mission and core values, including safety, teamwork, and professional conduct.
