Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Bristol, Pennsylvania. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective recovery and return to community activities. The Physical Therapist will also serve as an educator for patients, families, and colleagues, maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift; 8 hours per day; minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with the organization; prior assignment with the agency is highly desired; previous experience with Select Medical is nice to have.
Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and documents clinical progress accurately and timely. Participates in student supervision and professional development activities. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Follows performance improvement initiatives to enhance care quality.
