Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for Ohio; pelvic health specialty certification or experience; clinical competency in outpatient therapy; ability to adhere to state practice act and regulatory guidelines; strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient pelvic health therapy; previous assignment with the organization or agency; familiarity with clinical education and supervision of students; professional development initiative participation
Float: Float rotation may be required
