Additional Information: Credentialing required; contract assignment; equipment provided during interview; billing cycle is weekly; notice period is 30 days; parking will be provided during the first day; dress code will be provided during the first day. Candidates involved in holiday weeks should follow site-specific instructions.
Float: No float rotation may be required.
