Job Description Join a premier healthcare facility in Western Colorado as an Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapist. This position is available at our Carbondale Clinic due to an increase in patient volume, aimed at reducing wait times and enhancing patient care. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients and create and implement effective treatment plans for various diagnoses, with a focus on improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function. You will also provide education to patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado.
At least two years of PT experience; three to five years preferred.
BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
