Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; valid active license for the State of Georgia; CPR Certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; ability to complete a comprehensive patient evaluation and develop treatment plans; adherence to professional licensing and regulatory standards; participates in continuing education and professional development activities.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior successful assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired.
Additional Information: The role involves completing accurate medical record documentation, participating in student supervision, creating a professional development plan, and complying with organizational performance improvement initiatives.
