Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexible). One weekend day per month if needed, with a flex day during the week.
Job Description Join a dedicated team providing quality, compassionate healthcare in a dynamic environment. We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with experience in orthopedics, neurology, and general medical. The position involves working within a supportive and collaborative environment, focusing on patient evaluations, treatment planning, and interventions.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Prior experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
Experience in orthopedics and neurology is a plus.
Basic BLS/CPR certification required.
