Work Setting Outpatient Physical Therapy Orthopedic Rehabilitation Clinic Collaborative multidisciplinary team Schedule Monday–Friday 8-hour day shifts 40 hours per week Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Work alongside physicians and the rehabilitation team to restore function, improve mobility, and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions Modify treatment plans based on patient progress Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) License Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current BLS/CPR Certification (if required) Preferred Qualifications Outpatient orthopedic experience Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills Experience with EMR documentation Excellent communication and patient education skills Why Choose Treva Workforce?
