Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required to start. CPR (Basic) required to start. Flu vaccination required to start. Signed Job Description required to start. Completed Orientation Documents required to start.
Assignment Details 40 hours per week. Weekend rotation required. Assignment length: 13 weeks.
