Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations; develop individualized treatment plans; deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function; treat orthopedic, post-operative, and musculoskeletal conditions; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; educate patients on injury prevention and wellness; maintain accurate documentation using Scribe AI and Raintree EMR; manage a caseload of approximately 10-12 patient visits daily; contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
